SURVEILLANCE OFFICER. Northwest Kansas Community Corrections has an immediate opening for a Surveillance officer to complete surveillance contacts on probationers that are on supervision out of the Hays office. This part-time position would cover Ellis County and the surrounding multi-county area. Officer will do curfew checks and drug/alcohol testing at the probationer’s homes. Work schedule would be evenings including weekends. Excellent opportunity for Fort Hays State University students majoring in criminal justice, but not required. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour and may be negotiable. Vehicle provided. Must submit to a criminal background check and pass drug test. EOE
